Refund policy
At Nobori, we strive to ensure your satisfaction in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refunds and exchanges under a 30 day policy. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To initiate the refund/exchange process, please email us at info@noboriapparel.com with your order number and request specified in the subject line.
Eligibility:
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet specific conditions: they must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Additionally, they must be returned in their original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage. Please note that we reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges for items that do not adhere to these criteria.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method immediately after receiving the returned item(s) and confirmation that it has been received in the eligible condition. Please be aware that refunds will take a few business days to process depending on the payment method.
Please follow the process below for your refund:
- Email info@noboriapparel.com with the reason of your refund and your order number in the subject line of your email.
- Once approved, re-package items in its original packaging.

- Refund will be issued immediately after assessment.
Exchange Method:
Requested item(s) for exchange will be shipped out once returned item is received in the eligible condition.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the received item is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
Faulty/Damaged items:
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please email us with photographic proof, to submit a return claim. We accept returns and will issue a refund or exchange once the item has been shipped back. While we strive to maintain high-quality standards, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
Purchased goods claimed as faulty must undertake an assessment process by our team. Please contact info@noboriapparel.com if you believe that the product you have received is faulty and/or you have received the incorrect product.
Exclusions/non-refundables:
Final sale items, clearance items, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.
Items that have been worn, stained, and/or damaged AFTER receipt.
